Blessed Diversity LLC ("Blessed Diversity," "we," "us," or "our") provides free senior living and care placement guidance to families in Polk County and Central Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through bdllccares.org, phone calls, text messages, and email, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We collect information you provide directly, including:
● Contact details: name, email address, phone number
● Information about your care situation: your relationship to the person needing care, the type of support they may need, timing, and general location
● Anything you choose to share in the "What would you like us to understand?" field or in conversation with us, which may include sensitive details about a loved one's health, cognitive status, mobility, or care needs
● Records of calls, emails, and text messages between you and Blessed Diversity
We may also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our website (such as browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages) through standard website analytics tools used by our website provider.
● To respond to your inquiry and provide free, personalized senior care guidance
● To contact you by phone, email, or text (if you've opted in) about your inquiry, including scheduling consultations or tours
● To match your family with senior living communities or care providers suited to your needs, budget, and preferences — only with your involvement and consent at each step
● To maintain internal records of families we've assisted
● To improve our website and services
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell your personal information.
Because our guidance is free to families and funded by referral fees paid by partner communities upon a successful placement, sharing limited information with a senior living community or care provider is a necessary part of how we help you. We only do this with your knowledge and involvement — for example, when you decide to move forward with a tour or introduction to a specific community.
● Senior living communities / care providers: only the information relevant to evaluating fit for your loved one, and only for communities you've agreed to be introduced to
● Service providers who help us operate (e.g., our website host, phone/texting provider, and scheduling tools), who are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us
● Legal or safety reasons: if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of a client or the public
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
If you check the box to receive text messages, we will text you at the number provided about your inquiry — for example, to confirm receipt, follow up on a call, or schedule a consultation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or ask a question about the program by replying HELP. Text opt-in information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and is used solely to communicate with you about your inquiry.
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies provided by our website platform to understand how visitors use the site and to remember basic preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings. [Update this section with the specific analytics/cookie tools your website provider uses, e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or your funnel-builder platform's built-in analytics.]
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including limiting access to authorized staff, using secure/password-protected systems to store inquiry and case information, and working with reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take your privacy seriously and continually review our practices.
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and comply with legal or accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.
● Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP
● Unsubscribe from emails using the link provided, or by contacting us directly
● Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at [email protected] or 855-243-6548
We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Blessed Diversity LLC takes reasonable measures to protect personal information consistent with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA), and will provide notice as required by law in the event of a data breach affecting your personal information.
Our services are intended for adults making care decisions on behalf of themselves or a loved one. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) applies to "covered entities" (such as healthcare providers, health plans, and healthcare clearinghouses) and their "business associates" who create, receive, or transmit protected health information on behalf of a covered entity for treatment, payment, or healthcare operations. Blessed Diversity LLC is a senior living and care placement advisory service. We do not provide medical treatment, do not bill insurance or Medicare/Medicaid, and are not currently acting as a business associate on behalf of a hospital, physician, or other covered entity. As such, Blessed Diversity LLC is not currently a HIPAA-covered entity or business associate.
Even though HIPAA does not legally require it of us, families often share sensitive health information with us — such as a diagnosis of dementia or Alzheimer's, mobility limitations, medications, or behavioral health needs — because that information is essential to finding the right care setting. We take that trust seriously and voluntarily apply HIPAA-conscious safeguards to how we collect, store, and share this information.
● We collect only the health-related information reasonably necessary to help match your loved one with appropriate care options
● Access to case information is limited to Blessed Diversity team members directly involved in assisting your family
● Information is stored in secure, password-protected systems rather than shared through unsecured channels
● We share health-related details with a specific senior living community or care provider only with your knowledge and consent, and only as part of evaluating a placement you've chosen to pursue
● We do not sell health information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes
● You may ask us to limit what health information is shared with a particular community, or withdraw your information from consideration, at any time
Blessed Diversity LLC is not your loved one's healthcare provider and does not maintain their official medical record. If you have questions about your rights regarding medical records held by a hospital, physician, or other healthcare provider, those requests should be directed to that provider directly — they remain the HIPAA-covered entity responsible for that record
If you have questions about how we handle sensitive information, or would like to request that certain details not be shared with a particular partner community, contact us:
